Preparations to mark the 64th Independence Day in a befitting manner have started in the Federal Capital. Printers and makers of buntings, flags, banners and badges are fully engaged in their business. They are also making arrangements to dispatch these items to other areas of the country to meet demand of people.
The makers of bunting, flags, banners and badges are working round the clock to meet demand. Children are most enthusiastic who are busy collecting stickers, badges and decorating their bicycles with special stickers inscribed with messages of Independence Day.
Various seminars, conferences, stage dramas, books and paintings exhibitions, debates and general knowledge contests will be held in connection with the day's celebrations.
