Nawaz assures Chaudhry Nisar of addressing his reservations

President, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif, on Thursday met leader of the opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisra Ali Khan and assured him to remove his reservations, it was learnt. Nawaz Sharif, who visited Nisar at his Rawalpindi residence, according to PML-N, went there to inquire about his health.
But sources in the party said that the leader of the opposition also exchanged his concerns and reservations that caused his differences with the central leadership over some important matters inside the party, with the party president. They said that Nawaz Sharif assured Nisar that all his concerns and reservations would be removed.
The insiders said that Nisar has serious reservations over some important matters including the recent contacts with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the party's leadership ties with owner of Bahria Town Malik Raiz, who have been accused by Nisar of running campaign against him in his constituency-NA 52, Rawalpindi.
The party's insiders said that Chaudhry Nisar assured the party's president that he would be available to extend his services for the party. However, Nawaz Sharif left the residence of Chaudhry Nisar without talking to media person that also gave birth to speculations about the inconclusiveness of the meeting. They said that it was agreed in the meeting that Chaudhry Nisar would speak to the media on Saturday to clarify the situation.
They further said that Nawaz Sharif exchanged views with Chaudhry Nisar on the important events and matters that happened in the country's politics during his absence including the recent debate on creation of new provinces, the overall political situation and the decisions taken by the party. The PML-N has supported creation of new provinces in the country on administrative basis rather on linguistic or ethnic grounds. Meanwhile, PML-N delegation comprising Sardr Mehtab Khan, Ishaq Dar and Sartaj Aziz met Pakistan Muslim League- Q likeminded president Salim Saifullah Khan and discussed the current political situation and cooperation between the two fictions.
