Creation of new provinces: Rana Sanaullah criticises Babar Awan

12 Aug, 2011

Provincial Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Khan has said demand of PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif for constitution of a national commission for the creation of new provinces is justified and must be accepted by the PPP. "If the PPP is sincere with the people of Southern Punjab, it should move forward and N-League will support setting up of new provinces on administrative grounds," he said.
Khan said that by opposing the demand of national commission, Awan is actually moving away from the stance of establishment of new provinces. He said that it had been proved that PPP raised the slogan of setting up of Seraiki province only on political basis. "Awan is exposing the real face of PPP," he added. The PML-N leader said that the people of Pakistan could not be hoodwinked, as they are aware of their benefactor and deceiver. "Awan should know that the hearts of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif beat with the hearts of people of Pakistan and like PPP we will not follow any dual policy for the genuine rights of the masses," Rana added.
