The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday granted leave to appeal in 27 identical petitions filed by employees of National Bank Pakistan (NBP) against a judgement given by the Federal Services Tribunal (FST) relating to regularisation of service. The court also issued a directive to NBP to file-concise statement in all the cases.
A three-member bench comprising Justice Mian Shahkarulllah Jan, Justice Jawwad S.Khawaja and Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany was hearing identical civil petitions related to service laws matters.
