The Chief Justice, Islamabad High Court Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman has constituted single bench comprising Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan to resume hearing of 30 cases during the next week starting on Monday, August 15. It is pertinent to mention here that the bench will only hear the cases of bail, habeas corpus, detention matters and cases related to the imminent threat of irreparable loss.
