'Pakistan centre of love for the Muslims'

Principle of the Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) Professor Dr Tariq Salahuddin said that the Muslims of the subcontinent under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam fulfilled the dreams of Allama Iqbal, adding that now it is our turn to make this country a model village through carrying out efforts day and night according to the thinking of Quaid-e-Azam.
The flag hoisting ceremony held at Lahore General Hospital (LGH); MS LGH Dr Zafar Ikram, doctors, nurses, employees, leaders of paramedical association and others attended the ceremony. Dr Tariq Salahuddin said that Pakistan is the centre of love for the Muslims of subcontinent, adding that it was not acceptable for the enemies from the very first day of its creation.
He said now it's our turn to perform our duties with honesty for its security, adding that he stressed on the doctors, nurses and paramedical staff for leaving no stone unturned for the service of suffering humanity.
The nursing students dressed in green colour recited the National Anthem, and the participants also joined them. Gifts were distributed among the patients and special prayers offered for the stability of Pakistan.
