Nawaz concerned over Karachi situation

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has expressed grave concern over deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi. In a statement, Nawaz said security institutions must apprise the parliament about their analysis and intelligence reports regarding the Karachi situation. He said the intelligence agencies should also unveil the elements and their relations and contacts with those who were involved in aggravating law and orders.
The former prime minister urged the elected representatives of the country to chalk out policy to rid the Karachi of present unrest. He said that all should play role to save the commercial hub of the country. It may be noted that Nawaz had earlier said the government is showing non-serious attitude in improving law & order situation in Karachi. He had asked the government to take practical steps to improve the situation.
