Heavy rains coupled with strong winds lashed Nawabshah and adjoining areas, here on Sunday. Many trees and electricity pylons were uprooted due to strong winds and torrential rains. Low-lying areas in Nawabshah town also went inundated. At-least six people were injured in rain-related incidents and were rushed to the local hospitals.
