Eight outlaws arrested; weapons seized

Islamabad Police on Saturday arrested eight outlaws from various areas of the capital and recovered 70 bottles of wine, three pistols and drugs from their possession. A police Spokesman told APP that on a tipoff, ASI Arshad Mehmud from Sihala police arrested Sajid Moeen and recovered 50 bottles of wine from his possession.
ASI Ali Raza from Kohsar Police Station arrested a bootlegger Shehzad Masin and recovered 12 bottles of wine, while ASI Sher Ahmed from Shalimar Police Station arrested Ehsan Masih and recovered three bottles of wine. Similarly, ASI Faiz Ahmed from Secretariat police station nabbed Yaseen and recovered five bottles of wine, while Koral police arrested Ismail and recovered a 30 bore pistol. Industrial area police arrested a drug pusher Nasir Mehmud for possessing 50-gram heroin. Police arrested Tariq Sharif and recovered 32-bore pistol and several rounds.
