Hamza vows to retrieve sports grounds from 'qabza mafia'

A bill regarding promotion of sports and setting up sports grounds in Punjab would be got passed from the provincial assembly so that any future government could continue this process. This was disclosed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz MNA, while addressing sponsors conference held in connection with "adopt a sports ground."
Hamza said that the sports grounds and the players would be kept above from every kind of politics, as the secret of welfare of youth lies in it. He said that those youth who cannot take part in sports due to shortage of resources would now not face any deprivation. He said that the law would also be enacted from the assembly for eliminating the monopoly of 'qabza mafia' on sports grounds. He said that those who serve the masses in real sense succeed in this world and the world here after due to their prayers and it is also our mission.
He said that all elected representatives will have to play their due roles jointly with the administration for setting up sports grounds. At the conclusion of the conference, representatives of NLC, Royal Pam, Pearl Continental, Nestle, Benz, Mac Sons, Shafique Brothers, Medipak, Zamin Group, Ramzan Sugar Mills, Ehsan Chapple Stores, Muslim Commercial Bank signed agreements with the district administration for setting up various sports grounds.
