Students' role in dengue awareness drive hailed

Chairman Dengue Control Committee Nishter Town MNA Naseer Bhutta on Saturday said students can inform people about precautionary measures against dengue virus as better results are seen after the participation of students in dengue awareness campaign.
"Students are apprising the people about spray and precautionary measures against dengue in individual and collective communication," he said while addressing an awareness seminar held at Government Practicing Girls High School Green Town. Naseer said the government was extending all out co-operation to the students and educational institutions for holding seminars and walks in a bid to raise awareness about dengue. He said boy and girl students can inform the society about preventive steps against dengue virus in a better way. He said that youngsters, NGOs and students should extend full co-operation to the government for eradicating dengue virus.
