Pakistan Hindu Council (PHC) on Wednesday said that the 4th annual function of combined marriages for 120 couples and Diwali celebrations will be held on November 12 (Saturday). It said the council will welcome any philanthropist, organisation or individual intending to help any couple. Parents may contact the PHC office for detailed information.
