In a crackdown against miscreants, Bannu police on Saturday claimed to have arrested 22 suspects and shifted them to undisclosed location for interrogation. DIG Bannu, Feroz Shah had received information about the presence of miscreants in the district upon which he constituted a police team to arrest them.
The team started a search operation in suspected areas and succeeded in arresting 22 miscreants. The arrested miscreants were shifted to unknown place for interrogation. The DIG has appealed to the people to keep a vigil eye on their surroundings and inform police in case of noticing any suspicious person. He said action against miscreants and anti-social elements would continue till their elimination.
