And he achieves his goal as his paintings take the history of Indus valley throughout the world in national and international exhibitions. He focuses on Thar and links his images to the Indus Valley civilisation. He has selected the female form as the most colourful and the representative of the life of Thar. He views the females as a mother who give life and also play a part of a protector and raise kids. Therefore he paid tribute to the mother in his 'Mother and Child' series.
The female figure can be involved in a hundred chores that an average woman of Thar fits into her day - grind grain, wash clothes, cook food, look after the young ones and most important fetch water from far flung areas. You see female figures with a pitcher in his paintings as water is lifeline for the people of Thar. The women of Thar are saviours of mankind; they create, preserve and protect life.
