An Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) of Rawalpindi on Saturday indicted seven persons including former CCPO Rawalpindi, Saud Aziz and former SP Rawal Town, Khurram Shahzad in the Benazir Bhutto murder case. No indictment orders were issued for former president Pervez Musharraf in the case.
The Rawalpindi ATC heard the case in Adiala Jail where the accused were produced before the court. During the course of hearing, the accused denied charges against them on which the court instructed the authorities concerned to present the witnesses in the next hearing scheduled for November 19. The main accused Saud Aziz and Khurram Shahzad are currently on bail.
