Lahore High Court here Monday issued notices for December 8 in a petition seeking disqualification of PML-N MNA Rana Zahid Hussain Khan. Petitioner Waheed Sabir through his counsel had alleged that the respondent MNA contested election from NA-166, Pakpattan on fake BA degree. He pleaded that the MNA be declared while invoking articles 62 and 63 of the constitution.
