Chairman, Law and Order Committee of Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (Kati), Nadim Khan has expressed gratitude to Home Minister Sindh, Manzoor Hussain Wasaan for the revival of police help-line 15. He said that Wasaan during a recent meeting with business community has given assurance that he will revive help-line 15. He said that help-line 15 remain successfully operative for about seven years and added that suddenly orders were issues for its closure.
Nadim Khan urged the government to issue arms licenses to the business community on priority bases. He said that efforts must be made to recover illegal arms, apprehend criminals and punish them on possessing illegal weapons. For apprehending criminals, he suggested that the law enforcing agencies should frequently change snap checking point so that the criminals should not know at which post checking is going on.
