Asfandyar Wali Khan, leader of Awami National Party (ANP) on Saturday said ANP would offer resistance against Nato attacks, a private TV channel reported. According to the channel, he said the Nato-led forces had violated United Nations charter by intruding into Pakistani territory.
"I have asked president and prime minister to adopt strict stance over the attack," he added. Khan said that such attacks should not be launched in the future. He also called upon the United Nations Secretary General Ban-Ki-Moon to take action of the attack as it was a sheer violation of international laws. Replying to a query regarding 'memogate', he said that Hussain Haqqani set a good example by resigning from his post.
