Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 41.73 points, as the Index moved from 2,644.84 to 2,603.11 points. The overall turnover amounted to 13,950 shares, as compared to previous turnover of 2,790 shares.
Total 129 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (1) closed in negative territory, 41 landed in plus column and 87 companies remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Engro Corporation was 5,500 shares. The volume of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 5,000 shares. The turnover of Byco Petroleum was 3,000 shares.
