Admissions to Masters programme at the University of Karachi for the academic session 2012 will begin from December 7.
This was stated by the Director of the Admission Committee, Professor Dr Khalid Iraqi, on Saturday. He said that the admissions would be granted in the departments of Arabic, Bengali, Education, English, General History, International Relations, Mass Communications, Library and Information Science, Pakistan Studies, Persian, Philosophy, Psychology, Political Science, Sindhi, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Urdu, Women Studies, Islamic Learning, Asooluddin, Quran and Sunnah, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Geography, Geology, Genetics, Health and Physical Education, Mathematics, Microbiology, Petroleum Technology, Physics, Physiology, Statistics and Zoology.
Admissions forms would be available at 14 branches of the United Bank in the city.
