Danish police say a fire and explosion in an apartment in Copenhagen has killed three people. Police spokesman Lau Thygesen says two men aged 38 and 39, and a 34-year-old woman, were killed by an explosion in an apartment in the Fredriksberg area of Copenhagen on Sunday. Thygesen said police suspect a crime could be behind the incident, but said there was no indication the event would be part of any larger conspiracy.
He said the three people that were killed were related to each other. Two were Danish citizens while the third person's nationality had not been confirmed. Thygesen said the fire has now been put out.
