Chairman Kausar Group of Companies(KGC), Abid Ali presented a cheque of Rs 1.1 million to Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre(SKMCH&RC) as the first payment. A ceremony, in this regard, was attended by the representatives of both organisations, including Dr Faisal Sultan, Chief Executive Officer of the Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
Kausar Group has committed to donate Rs 5 per sale of 5-kg Banaspati pack to the hospital for free treatment of the cancer patients.
