A solo exhibition of paintings by renowned artist Mashkoor Raza and a launching ceremony of the book "Mashkoor Raza's Journey" written by Nadeem Zuberi would be held today (Wednesday) at Nomad Gallery, Islamabad. Part memoir and part art journey, the book takes readers around the art life spreading on four decades of a sensitive artist of international repute.
The book narrates a story of the ability to motivate one's creativity and the journey of self-discovery that leads Mashkoor Raza to the art world. The book shares a wide range of diverse ideas by Mashkoor Raza with masterly done innovative paintings, which unveils his life experiences and better understanding of his works to art lovers.
Senior artist Mansoor Rahi, who is also the teacher of Mashkoor Raza, inaugurated the exhibition and praises the efforts of Nadeem Zuberi. He said, "Zuberi has done a great job for coming generations by documenting a book on Mashkoor Raza. The book is an asset for the students and art lovers."
