Three killed in road accidents

At least three persons including a woman were killed in separate road mishaps at different parts of the metropolis, here on Thursday. According to police and rescue sources, a 60-year-old woman was crushed to death near Qalandarya Chowk in the limits of Sharea Noor Jahan police remits.
The identity was yet to be ascertained while she was knocked by passenger bus (W-22) while crossing the road near Qalandarya chowk. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for post mortem and later moved to Edhi morgue for identification.
In another incident, a 30-year-old man was crushed to death at Siemens Chowrangi when he was going to home from work on his bike (KBL-0356). The identity of victim was yet to be ascertained while he was shifted to JPMC and later transported to Edhi Morgue. Similarly, a seven-year-old namely Naveed was killed when he was knocked by speedy vehicle at Baloch colony. The victim was shifted to JPMC and later handed over to his heirs. No case was registered till filing of this report.
