The main character of Memogate scandal, Mansoor Ijaz has further claimed that three high officials of Pakistan were involved in the preparation of the controversial memo, according to a private TV channel. In his reply submitted in the Supreme Court, Ijaz claimed he had a 20-minute conversation with General James Jones on telephone and that he had informed him about Husain Haqqani in the end.
