The Lahore High Court on Friday dismissed a senior civil judge from service on charges of misconduct. According to a notification, issued here, Senior Civil Judge/ OSD, LHC Multan Bench Hamid Pervaiz Khan was proceeded against under Punjab Civil Servants Rules 1999, on charges of misconduct and inquiry officer recommended imposition of major penalty of dismissal from service on him.
