The Government of Sindh, Law Department has notified that the Competent Authority (Chief Minister) has accepted the resignation tendered by Syed Ali Ashraf Shah, Presiding Officer, Special Court, for Public Property (Removal of Encroachment) Hyderabad with effect from March 9, 2011.
