Iftikhar Bashir Chaudhry has been elected unopposed as Chairman, Lahore Township Industries Association for the year 2012 while Ahmad Haleem Khan and Farid Ali Babar as senior vice chairman and vice chairman of the association respectively.
Mian Ahsan Tariq, Muhammad Waseem Chawla, Khuldoon Javaid, Jehanzeb S. Khawaja, Kh. Shahbaz Nasir and Ahmad Haleem Khan have also been elected as members of the executive committee of the association. Iftikhar Chaudhry has pledged that he, with his team, will leave no stone unturned to minimise four days' gas load- shedding and severe power outages in the Township Industrial Estate.
Meanwhile, Chairman PIAF, Sohail Lashari, former presidents of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mian Anjum Nisar, Mian Shafqat Ali, Muhammad Ali Mian and Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry have congratulated the newly elected chairman and other office bearers of the association.
