President Asif Ali Zardari has felicitated Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan on completion of nine years of his governorship. This was stated in a press release issued by the Governor House here on Thursday. It said that President Zardari telephoned Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and said that this was owing to the abilities, prudence and acumen of Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan. The President also wished Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan well, the statement added.
