Namaz-e-Istisqa was offered at the Punjab Agriculture Department on Friday to seek Allah's blessing for much-needed rains for crops. A large number of employees of the department and Punjab Minister for Agriculture Ahmad Ali Aulakh offered Namaz-e-Istisqa. It is pertinent to mention here that the department had directed all its district agriculture officers through a letter to arrange special prayers at all district headquarters.
