The Swiss franc fell against the dollar and the euro on Wednesday, handing back gains made against the greenback in the previous session, as better-than-expected US manufacturing data gave a fillip to risk appetite. The franc fell 0.3 percent against the dollar to trade at 0.9345 by 0746 GMT compared to the New York close. Against the euro, the franc was down 0.2 percent against the euro to trade at 1.2189.
