Call to shift BCB office to Hyderabad

Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry has passed a resolution demanding the Sindh government to shift Building Control Board (BCB) office from Karachi to Hyderabad and provide basic facilities in the SITE area. A meeting chaired by HCCI President Gohar Ullah said that if their demands were not fulfilled within 15 days, industrialists and traders might use the right of protest and shutter down strike.
An action committee has been constituted to monitor the implementation of their demands presented in the meeting. President HCCI Gohar Ullah said that the divisional management had been informed about the lack of facilities in industrial areas but it did not appear to be serious to resolve the problems of traders and industrialists. He condemned the effort of encroachment the plot of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce Complex.
