A division bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) Wednesday ordered status quo in a petition against expected cancellation of licence issued for operating Indus Airlines. The bench comprising Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Imam Bux Baloch after preliminary hearing of the petition filed against the expected cancellation of operating licence of the airlines restrained the respondents for taking any action in the subject matter till further order and issued notices to respondents for January 18.
