Subdued business was again witnessed on the wholesale grain market on Saturday as most of the commodity items did not show any change due to balanced demand and supply position, they said. On the grams side guwar Sindh and Punjab was higher by Rs 900 to Rs 7800-8800, other items remained unchanged in slow trading, they said.
On the rice sector Irri-6 Sindh low type was up by Rs 50 to Rs 3050 and better type gained Rs 25 to Rs 3100, they said. On the cereal counter gur low type was down by Rs 100 to Rs 4500 while the good type managed to hold overnight levels in process of trading, they said.
