Senior APHC leader and the President of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has appealed Kashmiris to observe January 26, the Republic Day of India, as black day. Shah said that Kashmiris are not against the people of India or their constitution but are against Indian rulers who have usurped their birthright, KMS reported.
