Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited (Pacra) has upgraded the long-term and short-term entity ratings of Standard Chartered Leasing Limited to "AA" (double A) from the previous rating of A1- and "A1+". These ratings denote a very low expectation of credit risk, emanating from a very strong capacity for timely payment of financial commitments.
