US grains rallied on Tuesday as investors scooped up risk assets encouraged by hopes for a Greek debt deal this week, with Chicago wheat rising 3 percent to a four-week peak also on concerns Russia may soon curb exports. Traders also cited mounting concern about potential losses in the Black Sea wheat-producing region and other key wheat areas in eastern Europe because of a cold snap that threatened to harm the winter crop.
