Lean business was seen on the wholesale grain market on Thursday as most of the commodities retained overnight levels mainly because of low demand by retailers, but guwar was sharply lower, dealers said. On the cereal side guwar Sindh and Mardan lost Rs 200 to Rs 10600-10700, other items were unmoved due to slow demand, they said.
On the seed side cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh low type inched up by Rs 10 to Rs 500 and the best quality maintained overnight level at Rs 700, they added.
