FIFA head assures expediting work on 'FIFA Goal Projects'

President FIFA Jospeh S. Blatter assured President PFF Faisal Saleh Hayat for his commitment to expedite and start the process for the construction of five "FIFA Goal Projects" in March this year. The PFF President met Jospeh S. Blatter, President Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), a spokesman of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) said here on Saturday.
In the meeting, Jospeh S. Blatter directed the concerned department of FIFA to expedite and start the process for the construction of FIFA Five Goal Project in March 2012, the spokesman said. President PFF expressed his gratitude to Blatter for his commitment to expedite the process for the construction of five sanctioned FIFA Goal Projects for the flood-affected people of Pakistan which has alleviated their sufferings and brought back cheers on their faces.
Faisal also expressed his appreciation for the commitment being shown by FIFA President for five FIFA Goal Project sanctioned by FIFA for the flood-affected areas of Pakistan. He said that these projects will greatly help and enhance the standard of football in these areas which have gone through this calamity. Blatter assured President PFF of his complete support in expediting the construction work on five FIFA Goal Projects and appreciated whole hearted efforts of Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat for the promotion of football in Pakistan. He further said that in line with its emphasis on PFF Youth Development Programme. He also hoped that Pakistan football team will soon become one of the best Asian teams.
