The Lahore High Court on Tuesday directed to Divisional Superintendent Railways to hand over the lease land to the petitioner. The petitioner, Ghulam Farid, contended that railway had leased him a piece of land measuring sex acres in 2005.
He was paying the dues and using the land in accordance with the law but he respondent without prior the court notice to him the railway authority cancel his lease and ordered to hand over the land to his favourites.
