Two killed in separate incidents

At least two persons were killed in separate incidents at various parts of the metropolis here on late Tuesday. According to police, an elderly man was shot dead in Rasheedabad, Baldia in the precincts of Site B police station. The victim, who was identified as Abdul Hafeez Khan, 70, son of Kalay Khan, a resident of Rasheedabad, was targeted when he was on the way to home.
Resultantly, he received single bullet on his left eye and died on the spot. Police said the victim used to run a hotel in the same area where he resided and had enmity with some of his relatives in Haripur Hazara. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for legal formalities and later handed over to his family. No case was registered till filing of this report.
A seven-day old body of youth was found from Liaquatabad C-1 area graveyard in the jurisdiction of Super Market police station. The identity of victim was yet to be ascertained, while police found his body from graveyard located in Liaquatabad C-1 area. Police said the body was lying near empty grave and his hands and legs were tied with ropes and added that the victim was hit by single bullet on his head some seven days ago.
