The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) centres in Lahore region have resumed their operation following calling off token strike by its employees. It is pertinent to mention that the NADRA employees were observing token strike to press their demand for regularisation due to which general public had to suffer a lot.

Over 30 newly recruited employees have already assumed their duties, he said. As a result, a number of centres including Township, Peco Road, Liberty Market, DHA, Shami Road in Lahore, Kotli Loharan, Sabaz Peer, Nowshera Virkan, Kobey Chak, Sialkot, and Church Road have started their routine function, he added. He further said that the employees have already been directed to immediately resume their duties.
