Chairman, Frontier Customs Agents Group (FCAG) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ziaul Haq Sarhadi, has expressed concern over damaging of roads from Peshawar to Torkhum due to supplying of Nato-goods containers, demanding of the NHA to take prompt steps for reconstruction of Peshawar to Torkhum road to ease difficulties of the traders.
Sarhardi said that the government is not paying attention towards rehabilitation of the roads, which was creating problems from traders. He added that National Highways Authority would bear additional financial burden for the reconstruction the roads damaged by Nato-containers from Peshawar to Torkhum, which could not be compensated. He criticised that the government had least bothered to pay attend towards traders demand for early rehabilitation of the roads.
