Israeli, Indian officials to discuss terror attack

Israel's national security advisor Yaakov Amidror is scheduled to meet Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram on Monday to discuss last month's bomb attack on an Israeli's diplomat's wife in New Delhi, news reports said.
Tal Yehoshua Koren, the wife of an Israeli Defence Ministry official, suffered shrapnel injuries in the attack at a traffic light near the Israeli embassy in central Delhi on February 13.
Amidror's visit comes close on the heels of the arrest of an Indian journalist in connection with the incident, state-run Doordarshan television reported.
Freelancer Syed Mohammed Kazmi wrote regularly for Iranian news agency IRNA and frequently travelled to the Middle-East. A post-graduate in Persian from Delhi University, Kazmi had also worked as a freelance journalist at Doordarshan.
Kazmi's son, at a press briefing in New Delhi Saturday, claimed his father was innocent.
"It is completely a false statement that my father has given shelter to the blast accused. No Iranian related to this case has visited our house," Shauzab Kazmi said.
