President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday summoned the joint session of the Parliament on March 17 at 11 am. Spokesperson to the President Farhatullah Babar said the President would address the joint session at the beginning of the new year of the Parliament. This will be the President's fifth address to the Parliament.
