The Lahore High Court allowed a girl to go with her in-laws, who embraced Islam and married a Muslim boy on her free will. Sana, who was Qadiani, stated before the court that she embraced Islam and tied the knot with Shoaib on her free will. She said that neither anyone abducted her nor would she like to go with her parents.
She therefore prayed to the court to quash the abduction case register by her parents against her husband. The court disposed of the petition and ordered to quash the FIR registered against Shoaib.
