Law and order situation in Karachi: MQM stages walkout from joint session

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Tuesday staged walkout from the joint session of the Parliament over the deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi. Awami National Party (ANP) also staged walk out from the joint sitting of the parliament in protest against starting the session two-hour late.
Deputy Parliamentary Leader of MQM Haider Abbas Rizvi expressed serious concern over the target killing and worsening law and order situation in Karachi. He said that a person whose name is Ahmed Ali entered the house of MQM sector member Mansoor Mukhtar and shot him along with his family members.
He said, "We should debate on the internal policy of the country instead of foreign policy. The law and order situation of Karachi is very serious and the government should take notice of it." Earlier, when the session was started, Haji Muhmmad Adeel of ANP said that time of the session was 10:30 am while it is starting on 12: 30 pm. We are sitting here for two hours; it is wastage of time and money of the nation. After it, the members of ANP staged walkout from the joint sitting of the parliament.
