The Lahore High Court (LHC) sought reply from Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) by March 29 in a petition challenging mandatory condition of 50 percent marks in LLB exams to apply for the posts of assistant and deputy district attorney.

Chief Justice Sh Azmat Saeed remarked that if the other posts were being filled under previous criteria then why the condition of 50 percent marks was introduced for these posts.
