The law enforcement agencies on Saturday submitted a report on the fresh wave of violence in Karachi to Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Justice Mushir Alam, sources said. The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court on Saturday morning took a suo motu notice of growing violence in the city, which had left at least a dozen people dead in the last 14 hours, asking the DG Rangers and the IG Sindh Police to submit a report on law and order situation.
However, it could not be ascertained how the report described the fresh unrest in Karachi and identified those responsible for the killing of innocent people and burning of vehicles and public property.
