Railways launches drive against ticket-less travellers

Pakistan Railways has launched a special drive against passengers who are travelled without tickets throughout the country. A senior police official told that during the last week, Railway Police Special teams detected 763 without tickets passengers and collected fine of Rs 369,247 from them. The Lahore Division detected 253 passengers, Rawalpindi Division 171, Multan Division 107, Sukkur Division 100 and Karachi Division 132 passengers.
On the directives of IGP Railways, PRP with the co-ordination of Railway STEs has continued campaign against ticket less travellers on different section.
